Connect with Nature with Linda Lombardo

Connect with Nature with Linda Lombardo, certified life coach and forest therapy guide, from Wild Heart Nature Connection by taking a forest therapy walk here at CEED.
What is forest therapy?
Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in a forest or other natural environment. Forest Therapy originated as Shinrin-Yoku, or 森林翼 – the Japanese characters translate to being in the abundance of the interconnectedness of the forest. It’s not about distance or endurance. It’s about slowing down and noticing; being mindful and connected.
It is March 27, 2021 at 10:00 at CEED, Washington Lodge.
It is $30 per person for a 1 1/2 hour forest bathing experience. Sign up now.
