Find Peace and Comfort in the Forest
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2023 AT 2 PM – 5 PM
Find peace and gain health through an immersive 3-hour nature and sound experience. Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in a forest or other natural environment. Sound healing is the practice of using sound and frequency for relaxation, healing and personal development.
Give yourself or a friend the gift of health. Join Linda Lombardo, Forest Therapy Guide, and Erika Haberkorn, Sound Energy Practitioner, for an immersive 3-hour nature and sound experience. We will explore the trails and take pauses for all to be present and to fully experience peaceful moments with nature, gathering some therapeutic benefits it has to offer. The forest bathing will be followed by a sound bath ceremony led by Erika. Sound therapy is the perfect compliment to nature. Together they have a rich medicinal synchronicity, and have the ability to change your entire energy state of your mind, body, and spirit, a truly transformative experience.
We will end by the campfire with ceremonial tea.
Please dress for the weather and bring a yoga mat or something to sit on in the forest
