A Conservation Hero Talks Lemurs
CEED is doing a special program on lemurs, by Zoom, this Friday, Aug. 21, at 1:00 p.m. Lemurs are among the cutest animals in the world, and this interactive conversation will be with Dr. Patricia Wright, one of the world’s greatest experts on lemurs. Kids will love this, and it’s a chance for them to get a little science enrichment, as we gear up for the school year. Dr. Wright is a tremendous role model for girls interested in science and conservation. She’s a conservation hero and a science Rockstar! The event is a fundraiser for lemur conservation and for CEED. Please help us spread the word. This can be viewed by anyone nationwide, or worldwide, for that matter. It’s a unique chance for people of all ages to learn about lemurs from an amazing woman.
CEED’s mission is to inspire connection to the joys of nature through education and experience.
On Sunday, September 27 at 2 pm, these two luminaries will sit in CEED’s backyard, chatting about animal behavior, their travels and adventures, and how to save the natural world.
CEED is launching an innovative program for your child called the Nature of Science, where your child will be immersed in a unique inquiry-based learning environment.
