You Can Learn to Survive
Saturday, January 6, 2024 · 6 – 8pm EST
Have you always wanted to learn nature survival skills? Join Ranger Eric and Michael Evans to learn Survival Basics.
Join Ranger Eric for the first of nine adventures on survival. The first workshop in the survival series is learning about the basics. What to bring? Remember less Is more. How to navigate without a compass and more!
Be prepared for the elements with proper layers, footwear, gloves, and a hand towel. Fortunately, we have a nice fire pit at the Washington Lodge, creating a perfect atmosphere for survival.
Minimum age- 15 years old (Children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.)
This is the first of nine “stand-alone” workshops. The series consists of eight two-hour survival skills workshops and the final event is a 24-hour survival challenge! If you sign up for all nine, one two-hour workshop is free.
