Yoga: Nama.Stay.Safe Yoga Class at CEED
We are now offering physically-distanced Yoga at its best…in the great outdoors! Stay safe while connecting to nature with new outdoor Yoga classes at CEED. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the soundscapes as we practice Vinyasa yoga outside on the lawn. Feel free to come early or stay after for a self-guided stroll through the trail.
Please bring: yoga mat or beach towel, water, insect spray and sunscreen. The bathroom will be open for each class.
In the event of inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled for another date. These classes are for adults age 18 years or older only, please. Classes are appropriate for beginner and intermediate levels.
$20 per person/per class

- Nature Flow Yoga with Donavin Brewer of Evolution Yoga, Saturdays 5:00-6:00pm August 15, 22, 29 & Sept. 5
