Creek Defenders 2024 – Having fun restoring nature
It was a drizzly morning on Saturday, April 20, but that didn’t stop our dedicated team of CEED volunteers from enjoying themselves as they teamed up with the Save the Great South Bay Creek Defenders program to remove trash and debris from the Bellport Bay Tidal Wetlands area. Our volunteers had a great time while restoring nature.
Join us on the second Saturday of each month for other fun volunteering opportunities. And watch for future opportunities to be defend our creeks!
