Survival Food and Medicine
Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Join Ranger Eric for the 6th of 10 adventures on survival. The sixth workshop in the survival series is about foraging for food and medicine.
Embark on a journey through nature with our Foraging for Food & Medicine Workshop! Unearth the hidden treasures of the wild as we guide you through the age-old practices of traditional hunter-gatherers. Learn to identify and harvest nature’s bounty, from nourishing edibles to natural remedies that have stood the test of time. With luck, we’ll be able to indulge in the simple pleasure of collecting and savoring locally found teas. Join us and unlock the secrets of the land, transforming your outdoor adventures into a source of sustenance and healing.
Be prepared for the elements with proper layers, footwear, gloves, and a hand towel.
