Reserve seining field trips in Sept-Oct

Start date: Saturday, September 21 2024.

Wave /wāv/ (n.): a propogation of disturbances from place to place in a regular organized way.

Sometimes, we need to be the ripple to help create change.

Become a Wave Maker with CEED and learn how to enact change in your community. Designed for ages 8 -18, participants will meet twice a month to explore our local ecosystems, contribute in conservation efforts, develop curiosity driven science experiments and use this data to effectively communicate science and policy to society at large. Once a month, Children ages 5 – 7 will have an overlapping class called Puddle Jumpers. Please sign up for this class seperately

Together we can make a difference for our local community, Long Island and our planet!

Wave Makers is for children ages 8 – 18. Puddle Jumpers is for ages 5 – 7.

When: Generally, every other Saturday 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and occasional other opportunities.

Location: Unless otherwise notified, all meetings will occur at CEED Washington Lodge.
